Explore summaries of device alerts, maintenance history and open work orders to help teams prioritise action. Safety events continue through the agreed operational alert process.
Energy and ESG reporting
Combine occupancy, indoor air quality and available energy data to investigate operating patterns and prepare traceable reports. Carbon-credit eligibility and issuance require a separate methodology, verification and approval; sensor data alone does not create credits.

Do Blutech occupancy sensors use cameras?
Blutech offers thermal-array and mmWave sensing for occupancy and activity signals without conventional camera imagery. The signal, retention and access requirements are agreed for each project.
Can it work with an existing BMS?
Blutech supports project-specific integration through Core and agreed interfaces. The available protocol, data points, permissions and acceptance tests must be checked against the existing BMS.
