Indoor Air Quality Monitoring and BMS Integration

Blutech connects temperature, humidity and PM2.5 monitoring to trends, alerts and building operations. Use environmental data alongside occupancy signals to inform ventilation and HVAC workflows in commercial properties.

Discuss your project

Environmental visibility across the property

BT306 provides connected indoor-air-quality sensing for temperature, humidity and PM2.5. Other parameters depend on the specified project configuration; confirm the ordered sensing channels rather than assuming every model includes CO₂ or VOC measurement.

Trends, thresholds and operating context

Halo brings live readings and history into an authorised operating view. Agree locations, thresholds, review responsibilities and the response to an out-of-range event so data supports a practical workflow.

HVAC and BMS coordination

Core and project-selected interfaces connect environmental and occupancy data to existing building systems. Three Garden Road and Metroplaza provide relevant integration examples. Automatic control sequences, interfaces and commissioning are defined for each property.

Three Garden Road

More than 1,000 connected devices support smart washrooms, water-leakage monitoring, indoor-air-quality visibility, occupancy-led HVAC coordination and ESG reporting.

Metroplaza

More than 300 connected devices support smart-washroom operations and occupancy- and environmental-data-led ventilation coordination.

Olympian City

A three-phase connected-building deployment covering water, noise, smoke, smoking, occupancy and environmental conditions with BMS and HVAC integration.

What to measure in a pilot

Review data completeness, alert response and environmental trends during the pilot. Where controls change, measure energy and comfort against a documented baseline rather than assigning a percentage saving in advance.

Questions about this solution

Does every BT306 measure CO₂?

No universal CO₂ specification is claimed here. Confirm the sensing channels in the current submittal for the ordered model; the published baseline includes temperature, humidity and PM2.5.

Does IAQ monitoring prove energy savings or create carbon credits?

No. Monitoring supplies operating data. Savings need a baseline and measurement; carbon credits additionally require an applicable methodology, eligibility and independent verification.
